Residential equipment fittings
This is a sheet metal and welded product made from SUS304 with a thickness of 1.5mm. The main processes are punching, pre-processing, and bending, followed by welding the pins together. After shaping is completed, it is painted black, and then a final inspection is conducted. The production time, including painting, is approximately 2 to 3 days for a batch of 100 units.
